Learn how to prepare a tasty and healthy Herb Salt

With the intention of providing a more tasty and healthy alternative to your family and, on top of that, reducing the amount of sodium consumed daily , the Ministry of Health made available on its social network a recipe to make a “herbal salt“.

The recipe is wonderful and so easy to make that anyone can have it at home.

Herbal Salt Ingredients

  • Half a cup of Salt,
  • Half a cup of Rosemary,
  • Half a cup of Basil,
  • Half a cup of Oregano,
  • Half a cup of Parsley

How to prepare Herb Salt:

Place all the ingredients in a blender. Store in a glass jar with a lid. Use normally instead of common salt.

NOTE: All these ingredients must be dehydrated or dry to mix with the salt.
